Annemarie fell in love with the Central Coast when she attended Cal Poly back in 2001. It was there she held a concentration in Finance and Appraisal, but also received her minor in Psychology. Both of these schools of thought, coupled with Cal Poly’s learn-by-doing philosophy, have contributed to Annemarie being an informed, compassionate, and hard-working Real Estate Agent.

Having grown up in a real estate family, Annemarie is keenly aware of the care each transaction requires. Like the entire Central Coast Sotheby's team, Annemarie strives to exemplify the highest integrity, giving each client a quality, full-service experience. Annemarie is always timely with clients and is dedicated to their best interests, while always maintaining a calm presence during every scenario. Annemarie is a member and supporter of Mission de Tolosa, Old Mission Elementary School, and Mission Prep. She also nurtures local causes such as the Templeton Cancer Support Community, the Cal Poly Stampede Club, ECHO Homeless Shelter, the local Honor Flight chapter, Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce, Women in Business, and is a registered volunteer of Jack’s Helping Hand.
